I am a historian of early modern science, religion, and political economy, specialised in northern Europe. I completed my doctorate at the University of Oxford, where I then worked as a postdoctoral fellow. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland. Beyond academia, I am a classically-trained musician and enthusiastic Magic the Gathering player.
